I feel that discussing why certain cards from his deck (IE. Trove, Serra over Morphling/tinker,colossuss, lack of wills both force and yawgmoth's) are enough to just warrant the death of this thread.

Honestly if you feel your card choices are superior then by all means go ahead and play them, the previous guys have just been suggesting stronger cards to improve your deck, but I guess the constructive criticism fro this thread is just being wasted on deaf ears.

I can say that should the Deck be a viable strategy in the coming months then use the top 8 lists to gather ideas and tweak your list, and go from there. I can guarantee you that all the top 8 lists for the Deck will contain the cards that were suggested for your build and then some.

So is this thread gonna get locked soon or what?

My thoughts exactly.  We're all wasting our time here.

Heya,

Quote
She plays offense + defense at the same time, flies, and costs a very reasonable 5 for all this.

Have you thought about Serra Sphinx instead?  It's blue which means it might be easier to cast with your mana base and can be pitched to FoW in a pinch.  It might be worth looking at.

Peace,

Doesn't stop Ichord like Moat does.  (ps. - sigh...)  !!!!!!!

Like I said if you counter the right spell, namely dread return targeting flame-kin, the tabernacle is hands down the better option.  You don't even have to counter the Dread return, if you can remove flame-kin from the GY via hate, hell with this build you could run heap doll and remove it and kill a few bridges.

Yeah alright, we're done here.  This thread is being locked for falling measurably below TMD's standards for discussion quality.  MasterK, your points about "the deck" have been made.  Please do not start another thread on this subject.  -DA
