This was a deck that i thought of a couple days ago and i just wanted to see if its any good. keep in mind i have not had any time to test this, i just merely wrote it down while i was at work. and here it is...

S.A.S
By Bait_Bludgeon

Creatures

4 magus of the moon
4 goblin welder
4 solemn simulacrum
4 juggernaut
1 Duplicant
1 Sundering titan

Sorcery
1 Tinker

Artifacts
4 Chalice of the void
4 Thorn of Amethyst
4 Sphere of Resistance
1 Trinisphere
1 Crucible of Worlds
2 Mindslaver

Mana Sources
5 Moxen
1 Black lotus
1 Sol ring
1 Mana vault
1 Mana crypt
4 Mishra's workshop
4 Wasteland
1 Strip mine
5 mountain
1 island
1 Tolarian academy

this is just the list for now. chances are that after testing im going to add in sensei's divining tops because theyre the ballz nutz right now and youll be guranteed to win top deck wars. i really havent formulated a sideboard yet but im almost certain that the first 8 cards will be 4 llotv, 2 pyroclasm, and 2 tormod's crypts, other than that im unsure. also as far as matchups are concerned i should be able to beat both ichorid and grimlong  without a problem, unless im playing against certain meandeckers and icbm folks. im rather concerned though about the slaver and fish matchups. fish seems the most problematic because of md null rods and over the top artifact hate. but in all honesty i really dont know. feel free to add card suggestions. if this post doesnt get completely ignored or this whole project doesnt collapse on itself i will probably post matchups, notes, etc.

Why?  Traditionally Stax decks are one of the easiest matchups for Ichorid.  Your disruption is less relevant because they don't need to cast spells, and a lack of draw spells means you have a harder time mulliganing for hate and recovering, or just drawing into hate.

This looks alot like aggro workshop. I would definitely add more crypts to your board or something for Ichorid. Playing nine spheres is helpfull agaisnt decks that cast spells. Smile I would board pithing needle also.

let me just add that its not just the spheres that are disrupting but also the wastes and magus's as well. against most matchups invovling ichorid i almost always win game 1. you almost always have a combination of wastes/sphere/magus in your hand and you can almost always play them turn 1. ichorid is stupid easy to beat. you do not need a MD crypt, although that could be nice.

- also as a side note i think i might be adding TFK's and a triskelavus, but im not quite sure. i really dont know what im looking for in terms of a deck. i just havent decided. i think testing will shape and carve the deck into somthing better than this pile.

From a quick glance, the deck is cool. I like both slaver an aggroshop a lot so smashing them together sounds fun to me. It seems like the list could have some fat trimmed off. Now, like said it was just a quick look an I haven't test played it so I can't elaborate much.  Triskelavus is a great start.  With the crucible you could add something like  1 great furnace or seat of synod .  Little things like that.  Other than that the  package as a whole seems solid.

Just another thought....

S.A.S
by Bait_Bludgeon

4 juggernaut
4 welders
2 Solemn Simulacrum
1 sundering titan
1 triskelavus

2 Sensei's divining top
9 spheres
4 chalice of the void

4 TFK
1 Tinker

1 crucible of worlds
1 Mindslaver
1 tormods crypt

9 mana accelerants
4 workshop
4 wasteland
1 strip mine
1 tolarian academy
1 great furnace
1 seat of synod
1 island
3 mountain

TFK was added so that i could move through my deck quickly. im still not sure about simulacrum. magus seemed unecessary but it could make a return to the deck. Smile
