Congrats to Jones and Chas!  I look forward to the next one, but please don't hold a 5-color event as well.  We lost a good chunk of players due to their decent performance after round 2, and overall it creates a conflict of interest.

The other 5-color events held then always worked out well cause all the 5-c players crapped out early.  Guess its good that 5-c players can be successful at other formats as well.  Makes me jealous, I'm bad at both so far.

Eh, you were in contention through nearly the end of the tournament, that's all that anybody can ask.  A break here or there, and you could have gone the distance...

I'm wishing I'd played against Tezzeret in the t4 instead of CS.

Re: Gobos.  Does Goblins have game against Tezz and Control Slaver?  If it does then I think it is a good choice for the current BB meta.  For that matter any deck that can compete with BOTH Slaver and Tezz is a good call right now.

Maybe he didn't play enough with elves. I know I played it a lot and I still sometimes make mistakes. Its actually a pretty hard deck to combo out with.

Was really upset to miss my first Blue Bell in a long time.  Really wanted to defend my player of the year honors but i didn't get released from the hospital till like the 10th.  Hopefully the next couple tournaments will not be scheduled while I'm getting chemo or recovering from it.   Well more than that I hope I'll be cancer free at the next tournament
