Can you really storm all that much with tendrils? Seems rather useless and clunky to be honest..
Cabal therapy looks decent in the deck, with bitterblossom you can easily flashback them to rip the opponents hands apart.
I don't like vampiric in this deck, i'm not at all sure what you would find, and if it would be worth the -1 CA.
The most obvious target would be necropotence.
I also fail to see why this would be all that good against oath.

I don't think I ever mentioned that it would be good against Oath. That's actually one of my worst matchups. I just changed the deck to run -1 Tendrils and +1 Diabolic Edict bringing the count to 3 Diabolic Edict. It's still nice to run 1 Tendrils as you can tutor it up in a pinch and it's still an uber-powerful alternate win condition with Yawgmoth's Will + Rituals.
What I'd like to know is how I can beat this new Progenitus Oath monster. This seems like a pretty horrible matchup as my only answer is really Duress effects and Diabolic Edict and they can easily Chalice for 1 on turn 1 to stop my duress effects. Thoughts? Does that basically require splashing green?
Here's a green splash list that might work, but I really don't like diluting the manabase to be honest:
