Thank you to everyone who attended, especially the Wookie - Dan Herd who kicked cancer in the ass and was able to return to playing and top 8'd to boot! It was another fun and competative day in Blue Bell. Congrats to AJ on his win & Raffaele on his runner up showing. Good to see you guys again. Sorry we got started so late, but the New York guys ran into a traffic problem on the way down. How dare someone to get into an accident and hold-up a great Magic event!! Some pics of the finals thanks to Roland.  Raffaele Forino (left) and myself (right) before the finals begin. Fresh off a vintage break Raffaele is back and as sharp as ever. If you haven't heard of Mr. Forino yet you will. He'll be sure to turn some heads in upcoming vintage tournaments.  Game one I win the roll and play land go. He leads his first turn with a Tangle Wire. In the pic you can see me fetching in response so I can cast my Daze.  That Mox monkey deals roughly 11 damage to me throughout the game and eventually ends my game one after 7 fetch land breaks and a timely barbarian ring activation!! Yes,Tarmogoyf is probably better than Chameleon Colossus, but comparing it to Tarmogoyf is like comparing your girlfriend to Carmen Electra - one's versatile and reliable, the other's just big and cheap.(And you'd run both if you could get away with)

In Swiss I beat U/W Fish, BUG Fish, DeezNaughts, and lost to Landstill (AJ). The combination of Wastelands, Stifles, and/or Standstills gets real annoying real fast. AJ's build of U/R Landstill with Mox Monkey, Stifle, Null Rod, AND Wastes and Crucible was definitely the toughest Fish match up.

Ok top 8 decklists are up. Thanks to those who went ahead and posted their lists. Please be patient with me, with my girlfriend in jail right now, much of my time and efforts are going towards her situation. So I will get this stuff up as soon as I can. Thanks again and see you all in April.
