EDH RULES!!
Deckbuilding rules:
Decks must contain exactly 100 cards.
Decks are made of singletons exclusively, i.e. they can't have two
cards with the same name, except for basic lands.
One card must be a legendary creature that is the "General" of the
deck.
No card in the deck can have a mana symbol that is not present in
the
mana cost of the General.
Example: Should the General be Doran, the Siege Tower, you can't play
with
Noble Hierarch, since the latter has a blue mana symbol in its text.
No sideboard authorized.
Specific rules :
Each player begin the match with 30 life points.
If a player would add a color mana that is not in his general mana cost, that player add a colorless mana instead.

Mulligan :
For tis tournament, the mulligan rule is the "Paris - Normandie" : You can choose X cards from your hand and put it aside. Then draw that number minus 1 and shuffle asides cards in your library
Then, if you want to take another mulligan, it will be a standard mulligan : shuffle your whole hand in your library and draw that number of cards minus 1.

General Specific rules:
The general begin the match exiled. It cannot be taken by a wish
If your general should go to the graveyard, its owner can choose to exiled it instead. So that, it doesn't trigger graveyard ability.
Each time you play your general from its Exiled zone, put a counter on it. You have to pay 2 colorless mana in addition of its mana cost per counter on it. You cannot remove counter on your general.
Your general has the surtype : "General" and it cannot be remove by a spell or ability. So that, if a clone come into play and copy your general, the legend rules does apply.
If a player receive at least 21 damages from a unique general, it loses the game.
