Back when I used to play competitively ages ago, I used to buy all my singles through store credit at the local shop or online from AlphaBetaUnlimited.  They were okay.  I don't know though, I always felt like maybe there was some little known site where I could get better deals, if only I could find it.

One general thing worth sharing is if you can find one with a card dealer, flea markets are a great place to buy cards from clueless dealers at prices from 6 months ago.

I like cardshark.com. They often have extremely low prices since it's a listing service for multiple users rather than a single buyer/seller. I find that compared to eBay, the big ticket items are usually more expensive on cardshark, but lower end items are often significantly cheaper than eBay and the shipping prices are standardized.

Is there any easy way to search multiple card at once?  I've found it a pain to try and minimize cost on 4 different cards because it's hard to say "Which seller has 4 each of these for cheap."

I just buy on Ebay or in person at tournaments, but I've found that a lot of people buy from me.

I buy a lot of mine there as well.

I also purchase commons/cheaper cards from cardkingdom.com and other sellers on MOTL.

Cardshark is solid.  The prices are almost always competitive, and it beats the uncertainty of Ebay if you really need the card.

From Michael French since I do Japanese cards, or from Ben Carp.    It helps that he's just a cell call and a 20 minute drive away.

Cardshark is unbelievably awesome!  Not only is it a buyer's market, but the shipping is super fast.   Normally, when I ship out cards that people purchase from cardshark, they get them in a couple of days.

Ben Carp is also very good for business as well.   Very Happy

+1 (Including 2xMoxes and hundreds of dollars on other cards in a total of 4 trades... so far)

Other than that I buy on Ebay, Motl, Cardkingdom (overpriced but fast) and at the big tournaments.
