3 primary paths to victory -

1) Mindslaver lock, set up through either Yomiji, Who Bars the Way or Mistveil Plains/Sisay.
2) Yosei Lock through Miren and either Genesis, Mistveil Plains/Sisay, or Hua Tuo.
3) Legendary beatdown. Usually in the form of Akroma (loyal retainers) or Asmira (Saffi/Retainers), or KALDRA (BITCH!).

Alright, you got me. You made me look a card up to see what it did. Happy now? At least it's sweet tech.

I don't know if Birds is really better than another land, unless you're doing something cool with it that I'm not seeing here. There tend to be a lot of sweeping effects (both of the Wrath "destroy" variety and the Firespout "damage to everything" variety). I'm skeptical about Chrome Mox for the same reason, unless you play a lot of 1v1...?

I feel like Naturalize could be something better. Return to Dust? Aura of Silence? Again, if this is meant for 1v1, efficiency is strong, but if it's multiplayer I tend to prefer something with a little more oomph.

We play a good mix of 1v1 and multiplayer.  It used to be a lot of 1v1, but we got a 3rd roommate (haha).

I wanted to be able to Survival for a mana source, which is why I added Birds, but I think I may add the new snake in its stead post-Zendikar.  As for Naturalize, I think I like the idea of the other options better.

I'm hesitant to remove CMox, since the faster you hit Sisay, the better the deck gets, and it's much better at what it does than MoxD or Petal.

As additional info, I used to run a lot more utility lands and Riftstone Portal, but the colored mana (and then the basic land status) became much more important.

If you want a mana guy, may I suggest Rofellos? Conveniently legendary, too. Dude at the local shop runs Sisay, Rofellos is good there (although he also runs Patron of the Orochi). You have 5 forests, plus 2 dual forests, plus 2 fetches, plus Loam and Eternal Dragon which sort of count. You should be good to go, there.

Barring that, I think I'd still prefer Sakura-Tribe Elder to Birds. Chump + your accel doesn't die is pretty nice.

Oh, I just noticed you don't have a Gaea's Cradle. 'Sup with that? Even tapping for 2-3, it's probably better than Brushland.

Gaea's Cradle is there.  It's near the top with all the other Legendary perms.

I've considered Rofellos, but I'm not usually strapped for green mana (because Cradle is the #1 tutor target for Sisay) - I needed a guy that gets/makes white mana.  My version is super white-intensive, so it's important for me to hit as many white sources as possible.
