Hello, i just downloaded magic online and tried to find out how to play vintage with it but didnt find any solutions. Ive played live games only and now i need deck testing so i thought would be nice to do it online. Im total newbie with MTG online so thanks for the help allready Razz So do i need to buy the cards wich i use or can i somehow test it without aqquiring cards?

You need to buy the cards.
And there is no Vintage on Magic Online. Most of the cards that define it are never been relased online. Closest thing is Classic.

First the cards for Vintage aren't on Magic Online. Some are like Force of Will, Bazaar of Baghdad, Duals and others, but the power nine and other staples are not. Magic Online's version of Vintage is called Classic.

Yes, you have to buy cards to play on Magic Online. No, there's no way to test for free.

Ok, thx. Hmph thats disappointment then, no playtesting online then :/ Well i guess i could test the classic, im not into standard at all. Any clue how much building deck "could" cost?

Why would none of you suggest Magic Workstation // MWS Online? I have found these programs to be an extremely useful way to test decks and goldfish (drawing a random seven.)

There's also www.magic-league.com where you can play online for free, though the vintage scene there is a little small...
