Point is to get the evil token out, i figured that it would be kinda fast it does have some soft control elements in it. A bit of help to make it compeditive would be just awesome.
Green 4 Into the North 4 Crop Rotation 1 Worldly Tutor 2 Rancor 4 Vexing Shusher 1 Fastbond 4 Xantid Swarm Black 4 Buried Alive 1 Demonic Tutor 1 Vampiric Tutor 2 Dark Confidant 4 Bloodghast 4 Vampire Hexmage 4 Life/Death Land 4 Dark Depths 4 Bayou 4 Verdant Catacombs 8 Swamp 8 Forest

I would cut the bloodghasts and rancors, and focus on your combo. Also, drop the landcount and add some moxen. Try something like this (quick 'n dirty version):
2 Swamp 1 Forest 4 Dark Depths 4 Bayou 4 Verdant Catacombs 2 Bloodstained Mire 3 Wasteland 1 Black Lotus 1 Mox Emerald 1 Mox Jet 2 Into the North 4 Crop Rotation 1 Worldly Tutor 1 Fastbond 4 Reanimate 4 Unearth 4 Buried Alive 1 Demonic Tutor 1 Vampiric Tutor 1 Demonic Consultation 4 Vexing Shusher 3 Xantid Swarm 3 Dark Confidant 4 Vampire Hexmage

i put the ghasts in for an alternate way to win, since i can go buried > 3 ghasts play land gives me 3 ghasts in play quite quickly. it would be quicker if i was to ritual or lotus into it. i fear that this is going to be a bit weak. because once they figure it out theyll nuke dark depths with wasteland, stripmine, and other land destruction. i used rancor for the trample since the token doesnt have it, cause it sucks to have it blocked by a pro black creature.

if pro black is really an issue in your meta (Angel oath maybe?) then you have better otions : diabolic edict, lignify (sweet tech), or... lifelace! (it rocks!) But maybe you should cut green altogether and go for the best shell in vintage : UB restricted pile. Gives you acces to bounce, countermagic, spoilers, etc... Also, I think Grim discovery should make some interesting intuition/gifts pile with dark dephts combo.

a few play akroma, but with zen out im not sure if they still run her. the green gets me dark depths kinda quick, with into the north and crop rotation, plus the other tutor effects but i guess i could just side in pithing for her or use Shizo, Death's Storehouse ( http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=79186)

Or four of them, 5 wastes and smallpox, to keep things in check till you can resolve that hexmage.

wouldn't living wish be better then into the north? It costs the same but it can search for either missing piece. Into the north seams very one dimensional as the mana accel is not important in this deck compared to the search function. It can also give you silver bullet answers to many hate cards.

If you did not want to run a U/B restricted list shell and wanted to stay in the B/G shell you should have some protection in the way of duress and/or Thoughtseize. I also think grim discovery allows for recursion of your combo should it be disturbed.

into the north isnt about mana accel, its about a it being a direct tutor for dark depths. that and crop rotation, though crop rotation can get me something else if i need it but they are what get me it. As for hexmage it can be brought to my hand via many other tutors like vamp, demonic, worldly etc... as for the alternate kill for the deck that would be gained through fastbond crucilbe and zuran orb prana marsh. If into the north is just there as a direct tutor for into the north, and no other reason, then this could be any number of better choices. Worldly tutor gets both halves of the combo for one less mana, i would run more of those before north. Living wish could really make alot of good options for this deck. say a change like -4 into the north, -1 hexmage (sideboard), -1 Depths (sb), +3 Living wish, +3 Worldly tutor. If you dont have lots of duress/counter it will be hard to protect marit lage. The shushers and Xantid swarm should be eight duress effects imho. Swarm is great for protecting combo, but does nothing about allowing lage to turn sideways ftw. Remember, without trample lage can just be blocked. If your opponent lands a bitterblossom your combo just got you a 20 turn clock.

Too bad repeal is awesome, but this could get seriously entertaining. If anyone at our local store wins any of our type1 tournies with a dark depths token (small tourny or big), I will give them a fucking underground sea. THAT IS A CHALLENGE to any one form our local area and I will uphold my end if it happens.

Avoid Fate as tech? It counters that bounce spell targeting your token.

So does Guttural Response and it's probably more useful.

I tried this deck ans mono black then B with green splash and realized that in vintage it just doesnt work like that. Now i got very fast and reliable Vampiric Dephts since its BUg. (Still not giving the list since the tourney is still coming ). I tried crop rotation and wordly tutor, and they are total BS compared to living wish since it fetches just the one you need. there is a big chance with crop / wordly that you have either Depths + crop in hand or the other way Hexmage + wordly in hand and that is just shit. For your deck, using 2 dark confidants is just not worth, use more or get other draw engine. And ive played alot of games with my deck and i can assure you ( dunno how much you have playtested ) that you will get owned by stax without any artifact hate and you will have hard time vs very fast combo decks since you dont have counters.

i went mono B and it plays more like sui black, so it can be ran without blue, the current list i have here is my 1st itteration of it i havent posted my 2nd update on the list.

This is the build that I've been tinkering around with. I kept trying to splash blue but it just wasn't working all that well, though I am still considering an Underground so that I can run Recall and Walk. The Grim Discoveries are the weakest cards in the deck because they basically assume that your opponent is going to counter or disrupt you in some way, but they are easily the best cards to use when that situation DOES occur. 1B to return the entire combo is just nuts, but like I said I hate how dead they usually are otherwise. The backup plan here is obviously Waste/Rod/Duress with Tarmo beatz (which does actually make Grim more useful, returning a Strip is incredibly good). Wish is another card that seems dead most of the time in testing, but it does offer a lot of sideboard answers ranging from removal to things like Glacial Chasm (if you happen to face a lot of aggro in your meta, or even Tabernacle). Currently, the MB Extirpates are a bit of a filler, I am going to move them to the SB and try Recall/Walk/Etc in their spots instead.
// Lands 1 [GUR] Forest 3 [GUR] Swamp 1 Marsh Flats 1 Strip Mine 4 Wasteland 4 Verdant Catacombs 1 Bloodstained Mire 4 Bayou 1 Dark Depths
// Creatures 4 Dark Confidant 4 Tarmogoyf 3 Vampire Hexmage
// Spells 3 Null Rod 1 Mox Emerald 1 Black Lotus 1 Mox Jet 3 Extirpate 1 Vampiric Tutor 3 Crop Rotation 3 Grim Discovery 1 Yawgmoth's Will 3 Living Wish 1 Demonic Tutor 4 Thoughtseize 4 Duress
The biggest thing to note is that I don't run Urborg, and only one maindeck Depths. Obviously, by itself Depths is crap, it doesn't do anything and doesn't produce mana. With the Wishes and Rotations, I can get to it fast enough that it shouldn't be an issue, without clogging up my hand all the time. The main reason I opted to run it this way is because I've noticed too much in the past that Urborg is typically more useful to my opponent than it is to me, and I really don't like helping my opponent out.

could run seed time in place of walk, almost everyone plays blue
