I have been playing and tweaking this beast for the last 2 years and I think I finally got it close to where I want it.  4 awesome cards from Zendikar made it in and i look forward to adding more from future sets.
it plays like a big mana red deck (think Wildfire from when Standard was Urza and Masques).  It is a blast to play, and games typically go quick since everybody loses half their life at some point.  I have included a sideboard, because they have allowed them now and my playgroup plays with them.

General
Heartless Hidetsugu

Mana
Sol Ring
Mana Vault
Coldsteel Heart
Mind Stone
Heart of Ramos
Darksteel Ingot
Coalation Relic
Thran Dynamo
Gilded Lotus
Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle
Spinerock Knoll
Shivan Gorge
Hall of the Bandit Lord
29 Snow-Covered Mountain

Dudes
Jaya Ballard, Task Mage
Viashino Heretic
Magus of the Moon
Joblin Razerunners
Solemn Simulacrum
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror breaker
Siege-gang Commander
Covetous Dragon
Stuffy Doll
Ryusei, the Falling Star
Flameblast Dragon
Hellkite Charger
Duplicant
Godo, Bandit Warlord
Crater Hellion
Hostility
Capricious Efreet (only way red can deal with enchantments, in a convenient 6/4 package)
Hateflayer (I can never take him out cause he kills indestructible Platinum Angel)
Bogardan Hellkite
Shivan Hellkite
Akroma, Angel of Fury
Bloodfire Colossus
Sundering Titan
Greater Gargadon

Spells
Sensei's Divining Top
Price of Progress
Burning Wish
Howling Mine
Ruby Medallion
Fork
Armillary Sphere
Lightning Greaves
Pyrostatic Pillar
Sulferic Vortex
Extraplanar Lens (the reason I play all snow basics, aside from them looking cool)
Wheel of Fortune
Crucible of Worlds
Loxodon Warhammer
Blood Moon
Iron Maiden
Ruination
Pyromancy
Wild Ricochet
Neviyrral's Disc
Sulferous Blast
Gratuitous Violence (MVP in my deck, combos with general and things like Razerunners, Jaya and Stuffy Doll)
Chandra Nalaar
Mind's Eye
Gauntlet of Power
Eternity Vessel (hilarious new addition that allows me to gain back all the life lost from my general)
Chandra Ablaze
Jaws of Stone
Wildfire
Inferno
Obliterate
Darksteel Forge (this combos well with Nev's Disk)
Decree of Annihilation

Current SB:
Winds of Change
Shattering Spree
Devastating Dreams
Flame Rift (primarily for use with Hostility)
Act of Treason (is even better if Gargadon is suspended)
Jokulhaups
Warp World
Dragonstorm (what else would you do with 11 mana and burning wish)
Banefire
Scald (only non-wish target)

They had added an optional rule that allows for a ten card sideboard and the wishes can get cards from it.  Since the exile zone is still an in-game zone it is prohibited as a wish target but getting it from the sideboard is fine.

Taken from these rules:

Quote from: EDH Forums
Optional rules for EDH

   1. EDH Sideboards

Rather than filling every deck with banal responses, it is preferable to allow some flexibility in the composition of a deck.

          * Players may bring a 10 card sideboard in addition to their 99 cards and 1 General.
          * After generals are announced, players have 3 minutes to make 1-for-1 substitutions to their deck.
          * Any cards not played as part of the deck may be retrieved by "wishes".

      Reasoning:

Highly tuned threats piloted by skilled opponents mandate efficient answers. The minimum number of response cards required to ensure they are available in the early turns can easily overwhelm the majority of an EDH deck's building space.

Sideboards allow players to respond to the "best" strategies in a timely fashion . They should be strongly considered as a necessary defense against brokenness and degeneracy in an EDH environment where no gentlemans agreement on style of play exists.

It's not just an astrological sign anymore.

Ugh, this might be a pretty bad necrothread, but if the amazing Eternity Vessel is in the, I think the cheaper, less spectacular Sun Droplet should get a nod.
