if the creature returned to play from either of these spells is killed while in the battlefield during the turn they came into play, does that negate the remove from game effect at the end of the turn the spell was cast?

Oracle:

Corpse Dance "Return the top creature card of your graveyard to the battlefield. That creature gains haste until end of turn. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step."

Shallow Grave "Return the top creature card of your graveyard to the battlefield. That creature gains haste until end of turn. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step."

If the creatures dies before the Beginning of the End Step trigger resolves, it does not get RFG'ed.  If they had text like that on Unearth, it would be different.

Also, it would be helpful if you could check and post the oracle text for cards you have questions on.
