I love that the effect is that they lose if they've taken 2 or more turns in a row, but it can only be cast if they've taken 3 or more turns in a row. Hilarious! The scenario you describe where someone forces you to draw in response to the flashback on this-- is that going to make you say "Good game! Let's play more Magic!" No. It's gonna make you wanna play Yu-Gi-Oh!
Ooh maybe I could put it on Isochron Scepter and cast it against just a normal Time Walk! Even better-- I wonder if 4x This 4x Chronatog will be the new deck to beat in Legacy? That sounds even less fun than losing to Vault Key. Or even better-- cast Meditate at the end of your own turn, have more than 7 cards, discard this, and make your opponent lose on their second consecutive upkeep thanks to the flashback.
If you're going to create absurdly narrow answers that are laughably unprintable, you should at least be outrageous. How about this?
