This is my first attempt at this, and it needs help.  To be honest I am not even sure if the idea is entirely possible, but I am giving it a try.

Draw:(3)
1 x Ancestral recall
2 x Bazaar of Baghdad

Disruption:(25)
4 x Smokestack
4 x Sphere of Resistance
1 x Trinisphere
4 x Amethyst Thorn
4 x Null Rod
4 x Crucible of Worlds
4 x Mindlock Orb

Toys:(1)
1 x Time Walk

Mana:(9)
9 SoloMox/Crypt/Vault

Lands:(22)
4 x Wasteland
4 x Ghostquarter
4 x Mishra's Workshop
1 x Strip Mine
1 x Tolarian Academy
4 x Mishra's Factory
4 x Island

The idea is basic, ghost quarter + mindlock orb = 5 strip mines + 4 wastelands.  Throw in crucible and spheres and it's an "easy" lock.

The kill is mishra's factory.  Works great under spheres and crucibles.

Ideas:
I want to fit in ancient tomb, but don't know wat to drop?  Should I drop some of the jewlery, and go with 2 more bazaar, and 4 ancient tomb?  Thats a lot of lands tho.....

Should I play cephalid coliseum over the 4 islands for additional draw/win condition?

Other idea's/thoughts?

Sideboard would probably include chalices/ensnaring bridges, and possible null brooch?  Idea's on it are welcome as well.

Thanks.

I'm not a Stax player, but there are a few things that just leap out at me from looking over your list.

1. If you're playing 9 artifact mana and 4 Null Rod main deck, you'll probably want a full complement of 4 Bazaar to filter out dead cards.

2. I don't even really know that Mindlock Orb/Ghost Quarter are worth it, to be honest. I think I would rather play a traditional Red stax deck w/ 4 Goblin Welders and just splash green for Crop Rotation into Strip. Green also opens up Fastbond, a no-brainer.

3. If you stick with blue, what about adding Tinker + Robot for additional win condition? Obviously you can filter either if they're not useful w/ Bazaar. (edit: never mind, just realized Orb effects both players; wait, no, re-edit: besides filtering dead cards you can just Tinker-sac the Orb itself. ha)

4. Worth reading if you haven't already: Vroman's Bazaar tutorial.

I'm not much of a shop player either, but I would also try to up the count and get FoW in, Smemenen had a list a while back that looked good @ http://www.deckcheck.net/deck.php?id=20326
I also dislike Factory as your only win condition.
Theres a lot of people playing blue staxx/shop aggro and just taking out the 4 worst (meta) cards and putting 4 orbs seems like a place to start.

Yeah, I also dislike that a lot.  It seems to me dropping some Spheres for Lodestone Golem can't be horrible here.

You will probably find 25 lock components excessive and unnecessary.  I agree with the tinker comments, but have a distaste for a stax deck with this many dead cards and high mana costs for the lock pieces.  I am guessing time walk will be dissappointing as well
