All I know about PA laws, is when your friend is going 100+ down the highway, do not be underage and drunk in the passenger seat. Learned that one out the hard way.
edit: It appears I might be fighting my way to the forth with Jimmy and Aaron, but that depends if Gin buckets are being served.

During the consumption process. It's like flash hulk, the creation is simple, the play skill necessary is quite low, but you just go off and win so quickly that you don't even know what really happened. |

Indeed they are. In addition to lots of Vintage tournaments, there are lots of shows to go to in the tri-state area. I go to at least a few shows a month lol.
I am really looking forward to this tourney. It is looking like we will have some hot weather, and no rain thankfully.
