Hi TMD,

Hoping one of you out there can give me a hand. Has anyone seen Gus Schade around?  About 8 months ago I asked Gus to alter a Grim Tutor and Imperial Seal, and paid him up front to purchase, alter and ship the cards to me. Emails have been fired back and forth (I have a copy of all if interested) confirming he received the money and was able to get a hold of the cards. My last contact with him was on the 9th of February, in which I was told;

"I am finishing a large batch of commissions and am send pretty much everything out at the end of next week. Your stuff is in that lot Very Happy I'm still making touch ups and stuff to everything. Usually "done" cards will sit at my house for a few weeks while I tweak them over and over haha".

I still haven't received my cards, and now Gus won’t even respond to my emails. I certainly understand life can get busy, as that's the reason I haven't been able to chase this up til now, however no word for almost 5 months is verging on ridiculous.

If anyone out there see's Gus, I’d really appreciate it if you could ask him to check his email and get back to me.

thanks

Scott.

I have already PM'd him on The Source and Starcity Forums. I was hoping if he was still active in vintage tournaments someone could mention it to him in person (off chance he's lost his internet connection or something).

thanks anyway though!

I will mention this next time I speak to him (Just talked to him this afternoon.)

Gus has a lot going on right now in his personal life. Of course, it's not my buisness to divulge, but please try and be patient (I know it's easier said than done when waiting that long for your cards.)

It might take 8 months, but you'll get them eventually. He's a busy man and doesn't like replying to his messages, but the work will be nice once you get them. Just be patient.

He's posted here quite a bit, especially in the Meandeck Open threads in the tournament forums.

I assure you, it didn't take me too long to get my cards back.  The difference is, I harassed him nonstop and I also have met him personally.  But I can assure you, he's not the type of person to steal someone elses cards.

Yeah I'm around *nods*
I get really hectic and I try to take on way too much, people that have worked with me have varying experiences.
But yeah it takes me quite a while sometimes, and a lot of the time while I may post on the internet I don't read, or I read and forget to reply to messages.

A lot of it comes from me reading them at work on my phone, then when I get home and am exhausted, I pass out and forget to reply.
Don't worry Scott, I'll fix you up, I've got your stuff in front of me. When I got your last email, I dug through my stuff from moving and pulled them.
And yeah, Brian knows I'm kind of going through tough shit right now, but things are clearing up, I may actually even have a place of my own soon.

I'll email you in a bit, I've got to ferry my friend back to his house first. Legacy GPTrial tomorrow, had to test test test!
