I think Legacy is part of what happened to vintage.

But other than that, ELD hasnt been hosting as many of his monthly tournaments lately, so that has been a big factor.

Some of the tournaments that were monthly or bi-monthly (Hadley tournaments were going on fairly regularly for a while some months back) have only been popping up once every 3-4 months.  And you cant really blame them.  Travis put a lot of work in to his Traviscon in holyoke and only got 31 players for day 1 last month (not sure about day 2).

And Dan himself (myriad games) has been hosting tournaments regularly, recently, with small to moderate numbers (12-20) range.

So I dont see why this would make anyone want to go out and organize a vintage tournament every month.  The support just dosent seem to be there.  I certainly dont put this on the organizers, but definitely on the players.

Dan usually doesn't poll players for views and then completely ignore them.

I expect something to be posted in the near future- everyone take a deep breath- THERE WILL BE VINTAGE.  (maybe legacy too! Very Happy)

If there is nothing after this, then my bad....my punishment will be having to play hatching painter again.

Thanks to everyone for the feedback. We're announcing our Vintage events for November and December, a Legacy event for December, and weekly Vintage beginning in January. Stay tuned for the separate announcements for each event.
