After the swiss (under the instigation of Mr. Yu) the other 3 T4 contestants opted (chickened) out and split the prizes 4 ways.  Regardless, everyone seemed to have had a good time.

@pierce:  Maybe next time Wink

My only comment I will make concerning the deck I ran is that I was unsure how good Steel Hellkite would be.  I hadn't played in a tournament since last October so I figured to give it a try since it appears that everyone else is running it.  My opinion....SHIZAAM.  It was waaay awesome. Now the only thing WotC can do to make MUD deck better is to produce an artifact creature that is an indestructible 11/11 trampler with INFECT.  Hopefully I won't have to wait too long or that  Razz

Next event....sometime in March.  Stay tuned.

Land cards missing for all decklists.

Well done, winning your own tournament. I also love to do that!  Smile

Land?  Who needs land?

The players in Colorado are so good they don't need no stinkin' land.

OOPS!

I'll fix it later today.  Thanks.

1) We all decided on a split, Carl didn't "Win"

2) Why no mention of our EDH match afterwards, Carl?

Also, I was much more impressed at this tournament, as people were actually prepared to fight shops. Not that it mattered, as I still came out ahead. I played 4 matches against 3 decks with MD trygon (and 4 SB nature's claim) and an Oath deck.

Anyways, great event as always, and I'll be there in March.

I failed to mention our short EDH match because we both played poorly.  Yes, you won the match so you have the "jammin' on Carl" rights for this thread.

I know, but Carl had the best Swiss result, so technically, he is the winner.  Wink

Thanks for posting the terrain.

I've corrected my first post so that the decklists are now correct.  Sorry, I'm not usually like that.  I think I need more cowbell.
