Big thanks goes out to all that made the trek down here to The Players Guild in Bloomsburg, PA to play some vintage magic. Great to see some new faces, along with all the faithful vintage players that have been coming to these events regularly now. Especially with the high amount of events that have been taking place simultaneously. We had 24 players in attendance today despite all the other great events taking place!! Top 8 were awarded for this event. 1st was $300 in store credit, 2nd was $75 in credit, 3rd and 4th were $40 in credit, and 5th through 8th were awarded $20 in credit for their efforts. Big thanks to everyone who came out to support the Council Open.

I believe I left a Phyrexian Metamorph at the store. I put the cards I got with store credit into my box but didn't double check them. Metamorph was one of these cards and is probably still in the $5 sleeve. If anyone found it, please let me know.

The store does not open until Monday Rob, when I get there I will be sure to look for it for you, and obviously if I find it I'll set it aside and keep it for you. That's how I roll. Any idea where I should find it?

You're awesome man. I don't remember where I saw it last but I'd guess on the display cases or the binders.

Thanks again to Shawn for running another awesome event! I got blown apart most of the day, including a super-epic misplay that cost me G1, R1, but whatever -- I was playing ELVES! Anyway, a bunch of people complimented me on my custom play mat and wanted the link for the website where I got it, so here it is: http://www.erolj.com/products/playmatXpress.htmlBut remember... no matter what you get, my play mat will still be nicer than yours.

I take it that one of the two tops in Joe's deck really should be key?

I had a good record going into the last round, got paired down, lost and finished in the dreadful 9th place - but still had a good time. It's always fun out in Bloomsburg.
Congrats to Joe Pace for taking it down - this was a pretty tough field.

Cobra Storm. Nathan got me pretty good with that maindeck Flusterstorm as I played around a possible Spell Pierce.
