Don't forget - this weekend we have the return of Mark's Comics Saturday Vintage. Prize hasn't been confirmed yet, but I promise it will be something pretty sweet.
Hope to see you all there.

Sorry, states.
The Mark's Comics crowd will be there, along with many of the others who aren't going to States. Mark's has a bunch of cool stuff on hand - an English Mana Crypt, some Wastelands, Snapcasters, etc. I think I'm going to just leave the prize open until we have players on hand on Saturday. We'll take a vote, see what everybody wants, and run it for that.

Visna was unable to make the event. We had 7 players and ran three rounds into top 4. Top 4 was Cruel Ultimatum (Mike Egan), Mikekilljoy (Mike Bauer), Dredgenought (Dave Gans) and I. I played Egan and our games were super interactive. Game one he had turn two Tinker/BSC with double Force backup (to stop double Metamorph on my part). Game two I Stack locked him early. Game three he had turn one Tinker/BSC and I didn't have Wire/Metamorph (which is upsetting, because my hand was very good).
Bauer knocked out Dave Gans in top 4 and then beat Mike in a tough game three in the finals. Bauer won $40 credit, Mike won $30 credit.
Next week's event should have many more of the Valley Stream guys, though I'm going to be in Blue Bell supporting Nick Coss. Prize will be credit, again.
