I am very sorry to everyone that I forgot to announce that I would be absent this past Tuesday, and I hope that you were able to carry on without me.

That being said, I am very sad to announce that I will also be missing the next event as well due to a similar issue.

I will be heading to Myriad on Saturday still so if anyone wants to join me let me know.

Once again I am last minute informing everyone that I will not be there tonight.  Another business trip has put a wrench in my plans.  So alas I will have to see you all after the holidays.

Since the next two weeks are christmas and new years respectively, I will not be holding events.  So the weekly tournaments will resume the week after new years.

See you all then and have a great couple of weeks.

A general reminder, there will be no vintage tonight at Pandemonium, however for those interested, there will be a group of us there on Thursday for some commander.

So after a long hiatus, weekly vintage returns to pandemonium.  I will be there at my usual time today, so come on down and jam some vintage!

Showed up as a vintagelly-challenged noob and people were really nice Smile  Someone lent me a real, fake, vintage mono {U} fish deck and I went 1-2 (well, I could have gone 2-1 maybe, but i made a really major mistake in one game3 and didn't have a mana up to flusterstorm a game-winning move.)

I'm probably going to continue showing up and borrow a few more times while I put together my own deck for these!

I have conveniently arranged to bring a friend home to Boston tomorrow, which means I'll be showing up for Vintage!  Hope to see everyone there!

Great turnout last night!  The locals are all ready to defend the prizes at Sunday's event.  Who will come to challenge them?

Tomorrow night Vintage at Pandemonium continues.  Last weeks turn out was good, but could have been better, so everyone come out to have a good time and sling some cards.

As an aside, I am now looking to trade some cards to work towards my legacy deck, so if you have any extra cabal therapies, lotus petals, or chrome moxes I am looking to trade for them.

Grats to Terry on the win this week! Hopefully we can get a few more next week and consistently hit double digits!

Trinket Mages taking 1st and 2nd places this week...  when will the tyranny end?!  That card is OP.  What dominates vintage more than a 2/2 for 3?  WHEN WILL WE FIND AN ANSWER?!

Turns out, no: trinket mages vs. trinket mages in the final round at the top table again.

Blue Angels is a pretty good deck.

Sadly I will not be able to make it again this week due to a work conflict.  I would however still like to get some games in this week, so if anyone is available say Thursday night let me know.

Totally uncool!  I was thinking of stopping by this week.  Probably still will if everyone else is gonna be there.

These are pretty good events!  We keep getting 9-10 people every week.  Many good players with good decks.  And some new players borrowing other decks or experimenting to get up to speed on the format.  I recommend it to anyone who can make it!

13 people last night!  Great turnout.  Great games.  My deck had a good showing, but unfortunately I was not up to the challenge of beating Chris in game 3 to ensure my victory and was thus knocked out of contention by tie breakers.  Boo!  Final standings below:

1st - Chris Ferry w/ Grixis Control
2nd - Adrian Becker w/Apple Jacks
3rd - Nick Dankner w/ BUG Fish
4th - Gabriel Molina w/ Mud Marinara (I think, I know I saw shops and welders)

Been averaging double digits for a while now, let's keep it going! Who is coming out tomorrow? I should have a few extra decks as usual, maybe more if I stop slacking on putting another together, or actually in sleeves.

These events are great practice for the upcoming NYSE qualifier!
