The card is a reverse Inquisition of Kozilek with the added juice of exiling the card instead of discarding. As far as I can see, it has the potential to affect quite a few decs in Vintage, and most of these arew win-conditions (from Tendrils in Storm decks to Golems and Constructs from MUD to Forces and Jaces in Blue decks.
However, I'm not sure that it's really maindeckable. Maybe I'm overrating this card, maybe I'm not. But what I
do know is that it's an interesting take on discard.
