Stops tinker bot, stops any creature(s) really. Messes up topdeck tutors (if they have a creature). Can be used to on both your own and opponents creatures, and can thus shuffle for you, or put bob back in so you don't die, or possibly just be used to reset a creature/reuse one (snap, trinket mage, Jotun Grunts, etc etc). I def think it could see some play.

I can't really see this being played in a deck with white, due to the vastly better options. Tinker/BSC has fallen out of favor so I'm not sure this matters that much. You can only stop top deck tutors if you for some reason have 3 mana up, didn't attack, your opponent has a creature out, and they are willing to let you mess it up.... That doesn't really seem like an application. To sum up its a piker with a poor ability, due to the high mana on it. Could it see play? maybe. Should it see play? probably not.

I agree, every Ux deck has better options then this card, hell blue itself has better options then this card...

This is a card just like that blue Wizard from M12 - the 1U 2/2 that draws you cards if you spend 3U. It's a solid bear that has another use in midgame. Blue was severely lacking in decent two-drops like this, and now it is slowly getting more. I don't think this one is playable, which is a shame; if it bounced the creature to your opponent's hand, it would probably be better than it is against BSC, Emrakul, and friends.

It seems like a nod to EDH where shuffling away a general can be extremely powerful.

If it didn't tap, then maybe, MAYBE it would be playable, but as it is, not a chance. Too expensive, too slow.

I love the mechanic. I don't think it's a great card, but it's a very cool mechanic. It's also cheaper than Jace, a 2/1 creature, so no, it's not completely useless. Wish it didn't tap though

After playing with it during the prerelease im going to have to disagree. 3 mana AND tapping AND losing him is a tremendous investment to remove a single creature. I think a snapcaster without flashing anything back is probably good in the same number if not more situations than this thing is.
