I saw this on reddit and its fake to me but its interesting.  This person claims to have found Over $20k in cards, in a safe built into the wall of her new house.

http://www.reddit.com/r/WhatsInThisThing/comments/1aj9ty/this_thing_has_been_sitting_in_my_house_ever/

Obviously fake but weird that someone would post it.

Up for sale here is this piece of a Beta Time Walk.  Let's travel back in time for a moment, shall we?  We're at Starcity Charlotte (or possibly Roanoke), and a player has just been disqualified for cheating.  This knocked him out of the top 8, which bumped me from 5th to 4th, and from a Mox Jet to a Mox Sapphire.  It was the only time I ever made top 4 of an SCG.  Anyway, this player had been looking at his bottom card after he shuffled, ostensibly to see which way his deck should face.  He was warned, but kept doing it.  Eventually he was disqualified for cheating.  He flipped out at the judges, and said that his opponent was a friend of his and he would never cheat, and certainly not against a friend.  Just to show us that the the prize meant nothing to him, he was going to eat his Beta Time Walk for us, right there.  Well, everyone crowded around him, and people whipped out their cell phones to record this.  He pulled out his Beta Time Walk, put it in his mouth, and started chewing it apart.  It was epic.  I ended up with a piece of the Time Walk, and here it is, many years later.  Now, some folks said that his Walk must have been a fake or a reback or something, in order for him to be willing to chew it up.  I don't know.  It looks real enough to me, and I can't exactly bend-test it.  So here it is, for your amusement.  Not exactly tournament-legal, but hey, it's a Beta Time Walk.  Or at least 25% of one.  Send it in to PSA, see what they have to say.

I'm the only other legal target, so I draw 6 cards, and he literally quits Magic.

I kinda want the eaten up Time Walk because I was right there when it happened and it would be nice to have the story piece, but I'm not willing to pay much for it.

A broken piece of a card that has been inside Louis Gentile's mouth? I'd prefer not to have that card, honestly.

To clarify some details, the event was in Charlotte and there was no series of warnings.  He was DQd as soon as we could determine that he was actually looking at his deck while he shuffled.  In addition to chewing up the bit you see, he tore it first.  I got a pretty good look at a couple pieces (since I was sitting right there) and as far as I could tell it was a real Time Walk.
