It would probably be helpful to have the translation:

Sorcery
Return target permanent card from your graveyard on the battlefield.

The effect is novel and quite good in and of itself, but the cost seems a little prohibitive for Vintage.  Still, I'd love to see what people come up with.

Well, all those WBG decks that were still using Hymn of Rebirth now got an upgrade.

Seriously, though, I'd rather run Beacon of Unrest in almost any deck wanting this.

Replenish and Goblin Welder/Argivian Restoration/Tinker are just better, unless you want to reanimate Nicol Bolas, in.which case you are 2 shy of hard casting.
