I have prereged for both! Now where and when can I pick up my playmat?!?
Starting Friday at the Eternal Weekend, players who pre-registered can check in with Registration to make sure their info is correct (DCI # etc) and collect their playmat. If you pre-registered then you do not need to show up at a specific time, we will hold your mat for you. -Nick |

One play mat per unique player was what was stated on the FB post I believe. Samoht is correct; In order to spread the playmat wealth around as much as possible, they are being given out to the first 400 unique players to register. |

Have these playmats already been printed? Because it's a bit of a bummer that there's nothing like "Eternal Weekend 2013 Philadelphia" printed on it.

I would assume zero proxies at all events. Matt is correct. All events at the Eternal Weekend are sanctioned and because of this, will not allow proxies. |

Mark Poole, Dan Frazier, Jeff Menges, Matt Stewart, and Chuck Lukacs will be in attendance most of the day Saturday and Sunday. David Palumbo will be in attendance on Saturday. Nick, are the grinders going to require decklists? Secondly, are they going to post decklists? What happens if less than 32 players sign up?
Grinders will require decklists, and the winning decklist from each grinder will be posted. If there are less then 32 people signed up, we will fire the last grinder at 6:00pm with however many people are signed up, awarding a number of byes to restore the tournament to an appropriate single elimination bracket. |

Yes, I do mean before the Vintage Championship. All winning decklists from both the Legacy and Vintage Grinders will be posted on the CardTitan.com coverage page. This is much in the same vein as the decklists from winning on-site Grand Prix Trials. I know that in years past, players have chosen to play a different deck for the Vintage Prelims in order not to reveal unknown tech. Doing deck techs and having successful decklists featured in coverage contributes heavily to compelling stories and a good narrative that makes coverage exciting. so...I was originally planning to go for all three days, but my life has gotten all kinds of hectic of late. I'm definitely not playing legacy but will probably be around on Saturday. I've never been to a tournament that has all these 32 man grinders. How does that work exactly? you just stand around and wait for 32 people to sign up then play single elimination for the bye?

That is indeed correct! There will probably be 2-3 of these that will fire on Saturday, as Vintage players drop from Legacy Champs. Also, at the end of the day (Saturday), the last one will fire at ~5:00pm no matter how many players are signed up. -Nick |
