Bloodbraid into Hymn, can he FoW Bloodbraid?

So the situation is this:

My opponent has two cards in hand: Force of Will and a Blue card.

I cast Bloodbraid Elf, cascade into Hymn to Tourach which I play. Can my opponent then Force of Will my Bloodbraid Elf?

Yes. Cascade is a trigger on the Bloodbraid being put on the stack. It's still on the stack when that trigger resolves putting Hymn on the stack on top of it.

More completely, you cast Bloodbraid Elf, and it's trigger goes on stack. Opponent can Force Bloodbraid Elf at that point, but the cascade card would still be revealed/resolved after FoW on Elf.

If they wait for Cascade reveal of Hymn to Tourach, then opponent has a choice between Forcing Elf, Hymn, or letting both resolve.
