Imposing Sovereign and Planar Guide

So say the board is loaded with creatures on both sides. Say I activate Planar Guide after my opponent declares attackers. All creatures go to exile zone. When it is end of turn, the creatures come back.

Do the opponent's creatures come into play tapped considering there is an Imposing Sovereign on my side of the board?

All of the creatures are entering the battlefield at the same time, so the Imposing Sovereign is not there yet to affect the opponent's creatures.
