We had a great turnout at the last TSO with 23 players. Unlimited proxies will be allowed. If you use proxies, there are two options. 1) You can print out the whole deck on stock printer paper and insert the printouts in front of a sleeved Magic card or 2) you can sharpie all oracle text on a basic plains and insert it in a sleeve with the rest of your deck.
