Every year for Xmas we have these two days of people playing board games to get money to help kids who are not so lucky as we are and don´t have resources to get toys.
That sounds very cool. Can you describe what you guys did and maybe how much was raised?

I think it's difficult to say, because it's not just a magic tournament: there a lots of events during the weekend, mostly boardgames, but also auctions, raffles...
For the vintage tournament, normally people pay some inscription (10€ this time) and bring some cards/packs as prices. I brough a vampiric+signed necropotence, but because of my bad result got a playset of smokestacks (there were prettier things to get :p). The winner of that tournament gets a direct place in the final of the LCV (next saturday 20th)
