I made this poll to try and gauge interest into an idea I had for the N.Y.S.E. Open III. The color of the dice is going to be an Opaque Blue/White as pictured:

These 16mm dice are going to cost $1.00 (or less depending on interest) per die and this logo will be featured on the "six" face:

Any suggestions on any facet of this project are greatly appreciated and thank you for sharing your opinion!

My suggestion is that you put it on the #3 face since it is the NYSE 3.  Then next year you could do #4 if you wanted to and so on.

I reached out to the manufacturer to see if this was possible and unfortunately they said it is not. Thank you for the great suggestion though!

In for 6-10, or possibly more if there's a price break for 10+. Smile

The more demand there is, the lower the cost for everyone so I think this could definitely be arranged Smile

What about making the dice mono-brown or brown with white dots? When I think of the East Coast meta I think of MUD before I think of UW, and the iconic card of the tournament is Karn. If I end up going I would certainly buy some of these, by the way.

Obviously it's UW because of the Yankees.  Would expect nothing less.

Can you get any bigger dice?  Do they work in larger sizes?  It would up the per unit price but would be a more unique item.

On the money.  You know me too well, Josh.

I don't want to dedicate much from the budget towards this.  I haven't done it before and don't know how popular this will be.  If it flops, that's fine, I'd just rather not really feel it if it does.  A nominal sum has been dedicated towards this. Consider it a trial run for the future.

I am going for 10+, depending on the final cost determining how many exactly.

Can put me in the book for 10.  I really like the dice idea.

I'd be in for a dozen for sure, or more depending on price.

Is there a way to get multiple colors, WUBRG plus a brown maybe?  Sell them in sets.

I'd buy at least one. I don't know what the back end is but a front end of $1 is more than reasonable as a keepsake from the event. If the back end is reasonable I'd love to see this as a more regular thing for bigger events.

The original post has been updated to show the finalized logo which will be on the "6" face of the dice!

My opinion couldn't possibly be more biased, but I'm going to keep some of these for myself.

Unfortunately the manufacturer is unable to customize any faces except for the "1" and "6", so "6" was chosen. Sad

My suggestion is that you put it on the #3 face since it is the NYSE 3.  Then next year you could do #4 if you wanted to and so on.

Every shop player should buy a few of these, if for nothing more than to tick wires in style.

Some number of dice (a percentage of what I have available to me) will be made available on TMD in the near future.

The remaining percentage of dice will be available at the event.

Keep reaching out to Will if you don't intend on attending the N.Y.S.E. Open and would like to purchase dice.  There will be a cutoff at some point, at which point the only option for buying dice will be at the event.

I will ship them before the event.

Is there any update with regards to this? Are these definitely happening? If so, what are final price(s)?

This was done, and I have them in hand, thanks to Will.

They will be $1 per, as there won't be enough volume on the sales to make up for going under $1 per.

They will be sold at the same table as Greg's playmats.  I'm open to the idea of reserving a few for people, but would rather not pre-sell all of them.
