TJ's is happy to offer a SANCTIONED vintage side event at GP Atlantic City!!!!

When: Sunday May 10th, 2015
Where: GP AC
Time:   1130am start
Entry: $25


Swiss rounds. Cut to top 8 players.

Prizes:   
1st: 1080 Prize TIX                   
2nd: 540 Prize TIX               
3rd-4th: 360 Prize TIX       
5th-8th: 180 Prize TIX
9th-16th: 60 Prize TIX
17th-24th: 30 Prize TIX

Additional prizing will be based on attendance.

They did this at GP Cleveland too. Prize tix can be traded in at their prize booth. Think: trading tickets in at Chuck-e-Cheese, but MTG related. They had packs, Commander sets, a few marquee cards including Power, some prints, playmats, and so on. If you're not too picky, it's decently worthwhile. They were running out of some stuff on Sunday afternoon, though, and the ticket cost on items is non-negotiable. I think some vendors were buying tix for $0.20.

At PAX East, IIRC a pack of a normal, in-print set was 10 tickets. I think I got the most recent Duel Deck for like 60ish. So for first you're looking at about 3 boxes, which is ~$300 retail.

EDIT: Oh, and the MtG stuff at Pax East was run by TJ's.
