Gaea's Blessing, Oath, Pyshactog.

I have a Psychatog on the battlefield and I've just milled with Oath my entire library including a Gaea's Blessing. Can I eat my graveyard with the Psychatog before shuffling with the Gaea's Blessing or does the Gaea's Blessing have to shuffle first?

Gaea's Blessing has a triggered ability when it hits the graveyard (after Oath Resolves). This can be responded to with Psychatog.
