I'm hard pressed to see this card doing much though, because if it ain't blue, it's not worth playing.
Well, aside from Monastery Mentor and Young Pyromancer and Ingot Chewer and Lodestone Golem, the majority of cards in Dredge and Shops, Pyroblast and Swords to Plowshares, and Lightning Bolt. Thalia, Spirit of the Labyrinth, and Mother of Runes top 4'd Top Deck Games Vintage event last month. The deck was even running a singleton Odric, Master Tactitian. Managorger Hydra just top 4'd Bloomsburg. And then you know Griselbrand and Emrakul and Seeker of the Way and Deathrite Shaman and Bob and Blightsteel Colossus and Slaughter Games and Containment Priest, but do you recall the most famous nonblue card of them all? (Dragonlord Dromoka).
Oh, sorry, just realized you wanted to passive-aggressively whine about an issue a very small number of Vintage players think is an issue at all and has been discussed ad nauseum (seriously) in its own thread. That is so easy to discover that it suggests conspicuousness or little need for perspicacity in the observer. you would happier in Modern where the recent top 8 had G/R Aggro, Burn, Zoo, G/R Tron, Infect, Amulet Bloom, Elves, and Abzan in the top 8. Sounds like fun interactive Magic, color diversity, etc...
