Dack Fayden And Hexproof

Is it correct that if I have Aegis of the Gods and Dack Fayden in play I cannot +1 targeting myself?

Appreciate the clarification!

Hexproof reads:

You can't be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control.

It is not the same as shroud, so yes you can target yourself with Dack.

Ah, the "your opponents control" part was clearly what I was missing.  Yay for reading...thanks again for the help!

It would be the same with ancestral recall. With the old True Believer (which grants shroud) you cannot be targeted with oath, but also neither ancestral or fayden. With Aegis this is fine.
