I left right before the Top 8 started, but here's what I know so far.

The Top 8 decks were (copied over from wicketsnatcher's reply):

1: Seth Levy  --  EBA
2: Keith Johnson  --  UW Landstill (despite my telling him red is better!)
3: Jeff Green  --  The Big O
4: Eli Kassis  --  Slavery
5: Jacob Orlove  --  The Big O (awesome Drop of Honey sideboard tech)
6: Sam Antill  --  UBG Hulk (maindeck B2B x3 and Null Rod x2)
7: Scott Limoges  --  GroAtog
8: Josh Ochse  --  Binghamton TnT (0 Taigas and 4 Blood Moons main)

Top 8
EBA beats TNT
Slavery beats The Big O (Jacob)
The Big O (Jeff) beats Hulk
GroAtog beats Landstill

Semifinals
EBA beats Slavery
GroAtog beats The Big O

Finals
GroAtog beats EBA

There were probably other TMD'ers in the Top 8 but none that I recognized when their names were called.

Rich Shay (The Atog Lord) finished 9th at 6-1-1. He was playing Control Slavery.

Adam Bowers (iLL_Dawg) finished around 14th at 6-2. He was also playing the Oshawa Stompyish-deck that he made the finals with at the preliminary Hadley tournament before the TMD Open.

Steve Menendian (Smmenen) also was 6-2 after the Swiss. I do not recall his overall place but am pretty sure it was below 14th and above 21st. He was playing Long.dec.

I was 6-2 after the Swiss and finished 21st overall. I was playing Madness.

Aaron Kerzner (Kerz) finished at 5-2-1, though I do not know his overall position. He was playing Hulk.

I believe David Lawrence (Eastman, don't know what he was playing) and Carl Winter (CrazyCarl, playing Keeper) finished in the top 50 but I do not know their exact places or records. I think Brian Phelon (hulk3rules, don't know what he was playing) and (leviat, playing U/W Landstill) also did reasonably well but do not know their places either.

As I mentioned on the other thread, the most prevalent decks had to have been Hulk, Landstill, Sligh, Gay Fish, and Oshawa Stompy-style decks....though the Stompy decks varied a lot from player to player. Most were playing Root Maze. Some weren't playing Survival. Some played Troll Ascetic but in the SB instead of the maindeck. Jacob was playing Mishra's Factories and Treetop Villages, and sided Chalice of the Void. There was not much Dragon at all. The only combo I saw was a Rectal Agony build and Steve's new take on Long.dec, but I am sure there was more. There was a Parfait deck that opened at 4-1 (having played THREE Landstill decks along the way!) but I sent him packing after Round 6.

If anyone else knows anything further, post it or edit it into this post.

I came in 32nd at 5-3 .

I played my back to basics Hulk with some updates (maindeck deep anal, etc.) to account for what was accurately anticipated to be a control heavy meta.

The tournament was a blast. It was a pleasure to see even more players than last time (I'm not sure of the number but it was close to 200) show up for some competitive type 1.

My twin brother came with me and also had a terrific time. Matt is a very inexperienced player (he asked me partway through the tournament whether you untapped before you drew) and played a spoils mask build I put together for him to a 5-3 finish that put him in the top 50 as well. It was an impressive performance for both him and the highly underplayed spoils mask.

It was a pleasure to see all the tmd'ers there and there are too many to name here that I'd like to mention. I'll single out Smmenen, who I'm glad to have met at last, and CrazyCarl - I will not forget our agreement for the next Waterbury.

4: Eli Kassis  --  Slavery
5: Jacob Orlove  --  The Big O (awesome Drop of Honey sideboard tech)

Sam, lacking a TMD account at this point in time, wrote up his report here.

And there you have it!  Slops to me for falling asleep during the top 4!

I was totally NOT playing "the big O". I'll have my report up later today, with the correct deckname. :|
