Who determines the K-Value of a tourney ?

Three monthes ago, we had a 58-players tourney, REL3, with a K-Value of 24. And last week, same tourney, same REL, 67 players this time, but a K-Value of 16 only. Looks strange to me.

K-Value is normally determined by the Tournament Organizer.

The default is 16, but a higher value can be attained if certain requirements are met.

Thanks for that link, it was usefull. Our last tourney meets the recquirements for a K-24. Who can change the results ? (tourney has already been processed).

Just because it meets the requirements for a 24k tournament, it doesn't mean it must be 24k.

If the TO chose 16k, that's what the tournament will be.

If the tournament has been processed already, there isn't much you can do.

You could e-mail dci@wizards.com to ask them for any possible action, but I believe you are stuck with what you have.
