I have 100 sleeves of UPs new Dragon sleeves, the one on the second picture. So far so good, they are taller then the older ultra pro, and much more stronger. Not one has ripped on me yet. I have never tried Gunmetal sleeves, I guess I will have to buy a few packs and try them out.
How's the texture of the backs? Are they good for side shuffling? The Raven Black Ultra Pros shuflfle real well..
Havent't tried them because they're quite expensive but they're quite big unlike the old Ultra Pros.
We don't have Gunmetal and Player's Choice sleeves in our country so I'm still using the awesome new Ultra Pro Raven Black sleeves and the like. It has long sleeves and the textured back for easy shuffling. But I'm curious if these new Ultra Pros are as good as Gunmetal and Player's Choice.

Out of all the Vintage Adepts, Rakso has the most recognition and legitimacy. Rakso has already won the Writer's War (ahead of writers like Zvi, Wise etc) and regularly corresponds with Budde and other Magic Juggernauts. Oscar still writes the best and most widely-read Vintage articles around.
I'm sure most of us new Vintage players came back to the game/ format because of Oscar's articles at Starcity. His insight on the "sleeping" Type 1 singlehandedly brought Vintage to the mainstream and gave us the yearly Type 1 championships. His classic jousts with the likes of Rosewater and company showed that there were still a lot of players that cared for Type 1. Almost forgotten is his role as moderator and primer writer of Beyond Dominia, the legendary site that was TMD's predecessor. If there's someone that deserves our write-in votes, it is none other than Oscar Tan.
