I've been working on a b/u budged fishatog deck for awhile too. However I havnt gotten to play with it vs any good type 1 decks so im unsure as to wether its viable or not.

What about a build more like this? I added in 4 Brainstorm and 4 Accumulated Knowledge, and I removed 4 Willbender. I still am not too sure as to why Willbender is not a good card? It gives me a 2/2 attacker, then a cheap Missdirection, then a 1/1 attack and food for my Voidmages to counter even more spells. Also im not worried about the Psychatog being of "inferior" size, it only has to be big enough to kill. Are there any good cards, either U or B, that would help to get the tog in for the finishing blow? Maybe the blue card that returns all creatures to there owners hand, what is it called? I can use that to bounce everyone creatures cast the Psychatog and then sac the creatures in my hand next turn to pump him, but then they will have creatures out again also so I am not sure how to get him in.

wanted to make a tog deck but dont own power so i decided to make a fishatog deck, :/ blue black. has lots of utility creatures, tog, and cloud of faeries. normal counters and unstable mutation. basicly you use your creatures to kill things saveing yourself with the counters. then you countere with the cre3atures when neaded, which also gets them into your graveyard to feed the tog. this is a budget deck.i know all the restricted cards id put in so dont comment on those would jsut like comments ont he basic deck. dunno about sideboard yet. and still no meta game till i go to a tourny.
