This might turn out to look a lot like a type 2 style Beacon Blasting Station deck. You will win with casting Beacon with a Blasting Station out, preferably with a Fecundity to draw into another Beacon, and putting all of the coming into play triggers on the stack from Beacon then sacrificing them all with the station drawing an absurd amount on cards at the same time. You won't need to run the skullclamp with this win condition, and the extra mana can be used to hopefully cast the second Beacon you draw from the first one's tokens being thrown at people with Fecundity out.

Have you thought about the addition of Meddling Mage in the place of the skyfolk/spiketail slot? He's still a blue creature, and a 2/2 body. He lacks evasion but could be a more effective control component to the deck. And since you already have either the tundra main or a tundra and plains in the board, and vials are generally set at 2 it shouldn't be too difficult to work him in.

Is the evasion really needed, or can you replace the flyers with the mage to shut down the opponent that much more?

Shivan Hellkite seems to be the best win condition for me if i have to mill into one, and it gets around pesky gaea's blessing tricks that the ambassador runs into. Cunning wish into SB wish repeated for SB brain freeze is another good win cond for me. I used to run Ghitu Fire and Stroke, but being able to Mis-D those made me take them out for the two MD stifles. This build has been running fairly consistant for me for now. But would you change anything?
