It's perhaps the first deck in ages to come up with no sol ring. Isn't it necessary at all, mr smmenen?
BTW The deck looks very interesting and absolutely new. Congrats to the development team.

Please read what I wrote in context.

It's clear we all read in context (this should be one of the rules of EVERY forum), but it's impossible for us to try and figure out what the author EXACTLY said.

This is what happens when primers are published in parts - there's always missing things. I'm sureyou'll be able to fix this and make clear the "hosers" part in the next chapter.

Excellent article, but I expected a bit more focus on the "how-d'you-play-around-chalices" question.

If you happen to be on the draw against Workshop decks, take solace in the following facts. They no longer run Sphere of Resistance or Chalice of the Void.

I agree with that, but since your Mono-U primer, CotV popularity has increased (noy only in monoU, but in general) and seems a problem for this deck to play around those chalices. i might be wrong, but I think a turn 1 chalice for 0 with FoW backup* is game loss.

I miss the Togs, too; they usually provide a scary one turn kill - BTW I'd put in some night's whisper to add a li'l more draw and to keep growing those dryads.

PS Does Mystic Enforcer still work? I've never seen it as the power house most GAT players say it is.

Wouldn't it be better had you maindecked 4 negators?  Wink
Nice job, feral; Those reports keep demonstrating how insane is crucible+striplands.

Oh and I didn't buy my juzam, I opened out of a pack the old-fashioned way. I may be new here but I am not new to this game.

Touché.

Juzam>Negator? You must be talkin about prices. As someone said above, you simply cannot beat first turn ritual+negator, not even with 1st turn ritual+mox+juzam. I'm sorry if you paid 500$ for your juzams, but you should've invested on negators.
I think legend's primer on sui-black is still a must see for those who play with juzams...

Proxy tournaments are to magic what porn is to film history.

Root Maze can really kill most T1 combo decks, but it seems redundant for me, providing this deck should be packing 4 chalices. Again, the land count seems a bit high (maybe 15 forest?).

The big problem with this deck is that while the squirrel/earthcraft combo is fantastic, I think it needs a deck designed solely for it: tutoring, artifact accel and so on is absolutely mandatory. But it's just an opinion, and "mono-green combo" sounds great!

Does dustbowl really work in this deck?
