Extirpate B Instant
Split Second Choose target card, other than a basic land card, in a graveyard. Search its controller's graveyard, hand and library for all cards with the same name and remove them from the game.
Decent card but the price might keep us from adding it.
I don´t see the point of including this card. Isn´t Type4 supposed to be a "highlander" format (that is, one of each)?. You could say "But I use it to look at opponents hand and at the same time remove a card in a graveyard", but there´re MUCH better options, like Coffin Purge, Rapid Decay, etc. Yeh, you're probably right. Altough Im just a sucker for Split Second, there are better options than Extirpate. Ill look for a coffin purge. And Treacherous Urge seems very weak to me. A lot of times it will just flunk out on you and I when someone attacks you you want a good answer, not a coinflip like this.

Another set, another post:
These were the cards that stood out for me:
Dawn Charm 1W Instant
Choose one - Prevent all combat damage that would be dealt this turn; or regenerate target creature; or counter target spell that targets you.
I like this card, we might remove Lull (which is only in the stack because of lame jokes (I'm dutch)) for it.
Stonecloaker 2W Creature - Gargoyle
Flash Flying When Stonecloaker comes into play, return a creature you control to it's owner's hand. When Stonecloaker comes into play remove target card in a graveyard from the game. 3/2
At the moment, we lack a bit of graveyard removal. This also combo's nicely with stuff like Eternal Witness / Mystic Snake.
Aeon Chronicler 3UU Creature - Avatar
Aeon Chronicler's power and toughness are each equal to the number of cards in your hand. Suspend X - {X}3{U}. X can't be 0. Whenever a time counter is removed from Aeon Chronicler while it's removed from the game, draw a card. */*
Pure mansex, this one is very hot. Auto-include is every stack.
Body Double 4U Creature - Shapeshifter
As Body Double comes into play, you may choose a creature card in a graveyard. If you do, Body Double comes into play as a copy of that card. 0/0
A kind of Clone, but not quite. It might be better, it might be worse. We will check this one out for sure.
Dismal Failure 2UU Instant
Counter target spell. That spell's controller discards a card.
We might throw out a vanilla (or close to vanilla) counter for this one.
Extirpate B Instant
Split Second Choose target card, other than a basic land card, in a graveyard. Search its controller's graveyard, hand and library for all cards with the same name and remove them from the game.
Decent card but the price might keep us from adding it.
Ana Battlemage 2G Creature - Elf Wizard
Kicker 2U or/and 1B When Ana Battlemage comes into play if the 2U kicker cost was paid, target player discards 3 cards. When Ana Battlemage comes into play, if the 1B kicker cost was paid, tap target untapped creature, that creature deals damage equal to its power to it's controller. 2/2
Best battlemage thus far?
Deadwood Treefolk 5G Creature - Treefolk
Vanishing 3 When Deadwood Treefolk comes into play or leaves play, return another target creature card from your graveyard to your hand. 3/6
A big maybe, we will have to test this out.
Wild Pair 4GG Enchantment
Whenever a creature comes into play, if you played it from your hand, you may search your library for a creature card with the same total power and toughness as that creature and put it into play. If you do, shuffle you library afterwards.
I have no idea if this one will be any good but testing this one is the least we can do.
Teneb, the Harvester 3BGW Legendary Creature - Dragon
Flying Whenever Teneb, the Harvester deals combat damage to a player, you may pay 2B. If you do, return target creature card from a graveyard to play under your control. 6/6
Wheeeheeee, graveyard fun. This one might be a good excuse to get rid of the junk card named Scion of Darkness.
Intet, the Dreamer 3URG Legendary Creature - Dragon
Flying Whenever Intet, the Dreamer deals combat damage to an opponent, you may pay 2{U}. If you do, remove the top card of your library from the game face down. As long as Intet is in play, you may look at that card and play it without paying its mana cost. 6/6
This one depends on your houserules. Not too interesting for us since it will add to your card a turn.
I didn't add Akroma cause fire breathers are just a no-go for us. And Torchling is just weak in my opinion.

The problem with Sengir Nosferatu is that he doesn't dodge mass removal. One way or the other, he's going to be in play when the Wrath hits. I think that Mist Dragon and Tatsumasa are both MUCH better because when someone Obliterates (or whatever) they're still there. D'oh! Thats silly. That would mean mr. Nosferatu wont make the stack for sure. ... is on my 'to buy' list (with some other staples like Vindicate...
Don't bother buying Vindicate, it's horrible. It's too slow because it's a sorcery and the effect isn't all that. You're better of playing the 5/5 angel with the Vindicate abilty (Angel of Dispair). If you really want a Vindicate, you can always play Desert Twister (4GG || Sorcery || Destroy target permanent) About missing cards: who knows wich wonderful Type 4 gems are hidden in the dark ... Has anyone ever went over ALL the cards in existance to search out Type 4 cards?
We play a lot of 'weird' cards in our stack because we have a fruitcake in the group who likes bad cards with silly abilities. Think of cards like: - Cold Storage (4 || Artifact || 3: Put a creature on Cold Storage || Sac CS: Put all creatures under CS in play) - Sway of the Stars (7UU || Sorcery || Start over with 7 hp) - Invasion Masters (2/2 critter with 2 odd abilities) - Suns Bounty (1W || Instant || Gain 4 life || Recover) - Radiate (3RR || Instant || Fork something on the stack and let it target everything) - Pit Spawn (4BB || 6/4 || First Strike || Damage to creature = removed from the game) - "Forgot its name" (3U || Instant || When an opponent draws a card, you draw it instead) This is all stuff we've grown accustomed to and don't remove from the stack no more. We have a lot more and I'll look them up one day.

So, according to the Timespiral Rules Primer, you can still flip your Morphs when a Split Second card is on the stack. That means that Voidmage apprentice can counter these cards, and Willbender can re-target them. Unfortunalty, Voidmage Prodigy won't work. I dont think thats true. While flipping the morphs face up doesn't use the stack, the ability of either Willbender or Voidmage Apprentice do use the stack. But since the whole Split Second thing is in effect, this cannot be done. But then again, I'm no rules expert neither More interesting cards: Lim-Dul, the Necromancer 5BB Legendary Creature - Human Wizard Whenever a creature is put into a graveyard from play, you may pay 1B , if you do, return that creature to play under your control. It is a Zombie in addition to its creature types. 1B: Regenerate target Zombie.
4/4Seems very strong to me. Makes Adarkar Valkyrie rather useless. Sengir Nosferatu 3BB Creature - Vampire Flying 1B , Remove Sengir Nosferatu from the game: Put a 1/2 black Bat creature token with flying into play. It has 1B", Sacrifice this creature: Return to play under its owner's control a card named Sengir Nosferatu that's removed from the game." Illus. Scott M. Fischer 4/4
Looks like a mix between Mist Dragon and Tatsuma's Equipment to me. Decent, but not great. Fortune Thief Creature - ? Damage that would reduce your life total to less than 1 reduces it to 1 instead. Morph RR 0/1
Not great, but good for some giggles. I cant wait to be honest

I'm pretty sure Simic Sky Swallower is better than a "maybe" it's probably better than most creatures in the game at any mana cost. True, its a very decent beater. But still, its a creature. And creatures tend to die. So imo, if it doesnt have a big abiliy like Bosh / Voidmage Prodigy I wouldnt rate the creature too high. But yeh, its a solid beater. And it seems I didnt read Psychic Possession Im curious tho, what do you think about Nihilistic Glee 2BB? Is it too good?

After looking at the spoiler these cards stand out to me:
Psychic Possession 2UU Enchantment - Aura Enchant opponent Skip your draw step. Whenever enchanted opponent draws a card, you may draw a card. --> Brutal draw engine. It will suck if the opponent decides to draw so much that you cant handle it no more.
Tidespout Tyrant Creature - Djinn Flying Whenever you play a spell, return target permanent to its owner's hand. 5/5
Wit's End 5BB Sorcery Target player discards his or her hand. -->A card waiting to get Shunted / Radiated.
Nihilistic Glee 2BB Enchantment 2B, Discard a card: Target player loses 1 life and you gain 1 life. Hellbent - 1, Pay 2 life: Draw a card. Play this ability only if you have no cards in hand. --> Seems pretty strong to me. Im curious how this will turn out to be. It might be too strong with big piles and little lifegain.
Stalking Vengeance 5RR Creature - Avatar Haste Whenever another creature you control is put into a graveyard from play, it deals X damage to target player, where X is the power of that creature. 5/5 Fire!
Protean Hulk 5GG Creature - Beast When Protean Hulk is put into a graveyard from play, search your library for any number of creature cards with total converted mana cost less than or equal to 6, and put them into play. Then shuffle your library. "Meat and eggs. We eat!" -- Borborygmos Illus. Matt Cavotta 6/6 --> Very nice card to look up your tech creatures. Or a Voidmage + Sakashima !
Loaming Shaman 2G Creature - Centaur Shaman When Loaming Shaman comes into play, target player shuffles any number of target cards from his or her graveyard into his or her library. 3/2 --> It can mess with your opponent's strategy or shuffle back your hotness.
Cytoshape 1GU Instant Choose a nonlegendary creature in play. Target creature becomes a copy of the chosen creature until end of turn --> Funky!
Pain Magnification 1BR Enchantment Whenever an opponent is dealt 3 or more damage by a single source, that player discards a card. --> Really strong, an enchantment that most likely will be countered / destroyed asap.
Rain of Gore BR Enchantment If a spell or a ability would cause its controller to gain life, that player loses that much life instead. --> Not as game-ending as False Cure since you will not gain life with this in play. It does change the state of the game tho.
Swift Silence 2WUU Instant Counter all other spells. For each spell countered this way, draw a card. --> Good counter to get rid of these huge stacks.
Voidslime GUU Instant Counter target spell or activated or triggered ability. (Mana abilities can't be targeted.) --> Sooo hot.
Wrecking Ball  2BR Instant Destroy target creature or land. --> Very solid card
Bound 3BG // Determined  // GU Instant Sacrifice a creature: Return up to X cards from your graveyard to your hand, where X is the number of colors that creature was. Then remove this card from the game. // Other spells you control can't be countered by spells or abilites this turn. Draw a card --> Either an instant speed regrowth+ or a cycle. I think its very decent
Crime 3WB // Punishment  // XBG Sorcery Put target creature or enchantment card in an opponent's graveyard into play under your control. // Destroy each artifact, creature and enchantment with converted mana cost X. --> Cards like this make me cream my pants.
Odds UR //Ends 3RW // Instant Flip a coin. If it comes up heads, counter target instant or sorcery spell. If it comes up tails, copy that spell and you may choose new targets for the copy. // Target player sacrifices two attacking creatures. --> <3
Pure 1RG // Simple 1GW // Sorcery // Sorcery Destroy target multi-colored permanent // Destroy all equipments and auras. --> Im just a sucker for split cards.
Trial WU // Error BU // Instant Return all creatures blocking or blocked by target creature to their owner's hand. // Counter target multicolored spell.
Muse Vessel 4 Artifact 3, T: Target player removes a card in his or her hand from the game. Play this ability only any time you could play a sorcery. 1: Choose a card removed from the game with Muse Vessel. You may play that card this turn. --> Very annoying, very good
Prahv, Spires of Order Land T : Add . to your mana pool. 4UW, T : Prevent all damage that would be dealt to you this turn from one source. --> Yet another great land
Maybe's:
Brace for Impact 4W Instant Prevent all damage that would be dealt to target multicolored creature. Put a +1/+1 counter on that creature for each 1 damage prevented this way. --> It might be too narrow. I have to check the amount of multicolors in our staple.
Haazda Shield Mate 2W Creature - Human Soldier At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice Haazda Shield Mate unless you pay WW. W: The next time a source of your choice would deal damage to you this turn, prevent that damage. 1/1 --> The staple is quite defensive as it is and this will not improve the aggressiveness of the pile.
Ignorant Bliss 1R Instant Remove all cards in your hand from the game face down. At end of turn, return those cards to your hand, then draw a card. --> It might be useless too often, but I like the effect a lot.
Indrik Stomphowler 4G Creature - Beast When Indrik Stomphowler comes into play, destroy target artifact or enchantment. "The howl of the Indrik has a destructive power more subtle than its crushing leg. The sound is banal, but inaudible vibrations scramble and break magic defenses." Illus. Carl Critchlow 4/4 --> Nothing great, but a nice addition to most piles.
Omnibian 1GGU Creature - Frog T : Target creature becomes a 3/3 Frog until end of turn. --> It might suck too much, but it made me giggle.
Pride of the Clouds  Creature - Elemental Cat Flying Pride of the Clouds gets +1/+1 for each other creature in play with flying. Forecast - , Reveal Pride of the Clouds from your hand: Put a 1/1 white and blue Bird creature token with flying into play. (Play this ability only during your upkeep and only once each turn.) 1/1 --> If you're the token kind of person
Simic Sky Swallower 5GU Creature - Leviathan Flying, trample Simic Sky Swallower can't be the target of spells or abilties. 6/6 --> A solid beater, dunno if its good enough tho
Biomantic Mastery  4G/U G/U G/U Sorcery ( can be paid with either or ) Draw a card for each creature target player controls, then draw a card for each creature another target player controls. --> For a creature pile.
Dovescape  3W/U W/U W/U Enchantment ( can be paid with or ) Whenever a player plays a noncreature spell, counter that spell. That player puts X 1/1 white and blue Bird creature tokens with flying into play, where X is the spell's converted mana cost. --> Will it kill the game? Or will it make a game more fun? (If you're going to add this to your pile, make sure to include the Indrik Stomphowler as well.)
Hide RW // Seek WB // Sorcery Put target artifact on the bottom of its owner's library // Search target player's library for a card and remove that card from the game. Gain life equal to its converted mana cost. Then that player shuffles his or her library. --> Good enough?
Hit 1RB // Run 3GR // Instant // Instant Target player sacrifices an artifact or a creature. Hit deals damage to that player equal to the sacrificed permanent's converted mana cost. // Each attacking creature you control gets +1/+0 until end of turn for each other attacking creature you control. --> I dont like it a lot, maybe you do?
Research GU // Development 3UR // Instant Shuffle up to four cards you own from outside the game into your library. // Put a red 3/1 Elemental creature token into play unless an opponent lets you draw a card. Repeat this process two more times. --> To bring back removed cards?
Rix Maadi, Dungeon Palace land T : Add to your mana pool. 1BR, T : Each player discards a card. Play this ability only any time you could play a sorcery. --> Does it slow the game down too much?

The way I would play it:
1) Play tundra 2) Pass the turn 3) Does the opponents plays a Welder / any other dangerous creature ? --> StP it. 4) If he doesnt, Brainstorm in the at end of turn step. 5) Your turn, play the flooded strands. 6) Crack the fetch, Drain his card. 7) Go nuts with the mana's

Maybe its just me... probably not though. But you listed Mages' Contest as a kill card?
I doesnt mean it like you think he does. The trick is:
- Mindslaver an opponent - In his turn, play a spell. - Mages' Contest it. - Pay 20 life being your opponent
But this doesnt mean it's a good kill. The 2 red is hard to get. Also, take a better look at the list Savekeeper posted. It's a pretty good list. The Intuition is really good.
I'm also not that crazy about Memory Jar since you're the control player.

I like the deck. It seems like you have a good matchup vs. a lot of decks.
Things I dont really like:
4x Daze
Cant this be replaced with a better counter. Maybe you can try the sucky Foil. If your Land Tax/ Scroll Rack is doing its thing you can miss that Island. I have never tested this card but I think its worth the try.
Also, why isnt there a Mystical Tutor in this deck? You can search your Tinker and Enlightened Tutor which can search B2B or other usefull enchantments.
Side note:
True Believer + Recall =/= Tech
