Because I was sick the week before, I didn't have time to get a vintage deck together, which is a shame...
I saw so many play errors in the vintage side event, not only the people at 2-3 or something, but a combo-player that was at 6-0 and made three mistakes during his Yawgmoth's Will (and didn't get punished for it, as he won)

My suggestions (both aren't really what the thread maker asked for, but he did ask for a more interesting Vintage format):
1) Restrict the number of restricted cards you can use Any Deck (+sideboard) can have a total number of 10 Restricted Cards in it. When I first started to play vintage, we made jokes about the decks almost being Highlander, with all the restricted cards running around. If any deck can use only 10 restricted cards of choice, you hurt almost every deck (true, combo a little more, but Banned and Restricted cards hurt combo anyways). Most decks end up with 5-10 empty slots which have to be filled and the decks become more interesting. More interesting decks, more interesting metagame.
2) Play with 70-card-decks If every deck needs to contain at least 70 cards instead of 60, you have again a lot of deckslots that need to be filled.

There are quite a couple of people that want to play T1 in regio Twente... You should be able to find them on nedermagic.nl...
however, if you want to go for the greater players:
Utrecht: Menno Rieff Nijmegen: Roy Thijssen en Tom van de(r) Logt Eindhoven: Lots of them, including Rudy van der Soest, Hero 't Mannetje, Marco Kievit en Bram Verhees Leiden: a couple, don't know the names Den Haag: Arthur Tindemans & Koen van der Hulst
and obviously all these things have changed the past two years...

They should've just reprinted Powder Keg... It's on the reserved list. They got a lot of flak for even printing the promo foil keg. Yes, there's one little rule which prevents WotC to fix their own mistakes... I really don't see the problem, the whole idea of a reserved list is bad, they should've named it "The list of cards we will probably not reprint" and than just reprint powder keg in 5th dawn... But than again, they could've just reprinted Powder Keg under another name, right?

I found it somewhere here on TMD in a random forum...
And I responded to it with something like "Lol, our restricted list is bigger"
but that was just after Braingeyser and stuff got unrestricted, so they beat us...
by a little...

During the beginning of this year, Dragon was big... Everything that wasn't running black ran Tormod's Crypts... So the stats are probably a little higher because of that... --- Are there actually more than 180 legal standard-cards?? I do know that the Top16 of States or something only contained like 60 different cards (just a little more than the Restricted List + 5 Basic Lands)
