I'm off 93 exit 4 in NH.  I could make Sunday at DM for around noon to play some  vintage-y cards.

I have an active untapped Kuldotha Forgemaster, a Wurmcoil engine and two other artifacts in play.  My opponent casts Echoing Truth targeting Wurmcoil Engine.  I respond by activating Kuldotha sacrificing Wurmcoil Engine and the two artifacts to search out another Wurmcoil Engine.

Does Echoing Truth "fizzle" because the target is no longer there or does it still resolve affecting "all other permanents with the same name".  In other words, does my new Wurmcoil Engine get bounced or does nothing happen?

Is the 2/2 split misty/polluted a typo or were you worried about needle/extirpate? Noticed the Forest in the sb.

How full is "full"? 

I'm looking to make this event and I'm out of southern NH.
