Um, wow. It's a shame that decks run some Islands. But, as a Fish player, I think I'll let them take an Island instead of 11 life. I'm just gonna swing for the win the next turn - something I couldn't do if they got that life boost.

I live down outside of Houston. It'd have to take something above a few people putzing around for me to make that drive. That being said, if this looks good, I'd hit that.

So, this deck caught my eye enough to where I'm going to play it at my next local 10-Proxy Tournament. However, this needs more than I can proxy, between the 8 pieces and the 3 Drains. What did you feel was more important to you, Mana Sources or Mana Drains? I tested it by dropping a Drain and adding another Snare. It was noticeable, but the change only felt like a hiccup. However, I'd imagine I've played this way less extensively than you have. What would you advise on a first glance?
