Why not use draw sevens instead of TFK?

I hate giving the other guy cards. I really hate it.

Considering that Workshop's bad matchups tend to be Control and other Workshop decks, how is giving Control a different full grip a bad thing?

If you have CoW or 3Sphere on the table, what does it even matter what is in their hand?

edit - Barring Hurkyl's/Rebuild, of course :/

This may sound like a stupid question, but just what exactly is 40/40s?  Even some/most of the mods don't appear to have any idea what it is.  Is it just another stacker variant with a few specific card choices, or is something that is more distinct, like TMS (which has chains instead of card draw)?

As I understand it, workshop aggro is basically these five decks:
7/10 & BFD (similar decks in concept--drop really large men and beat face)
TnT (uses Survivals for card advantage)
Stacker (Uses pure card draw and sometimes counterspells)
The Man Show (uses Chains for neutralizing card advantage)
Modular (Crushing Chamber, etc.--mono-brown, uses skullclamp for card draw)

Am I leaving out any major decks?
