Overpowered, or no? Green needs more card advantage and flexible utility.
"Creaturecycling" is based on Survival of the Fittest and Worldly Tutor, two very green flavors.
The graveyard ability is a bit of a stretch, since black [more than green] covers graveyard recur, but with one important exception - Genesis.
I thought about changing the activated ability's mana cost from "GG" to "1B and pay 2 life", which adds an interesting twist, but changes the flavor. That also introduces other potentially abusive black graveyard/discard combinations, which is why I like mono green the most.
Lastly, I know that mongeese are normally pro-blue or untargettable, but I thought that untargettable might be too strong, and pro-white is just more interesting (particularly vs StP). Plus, "ranging" might suggest that the mongoose is learning to adapt to other environments.
