I think it's also on Joe Rogan's myspace if an alternate source is needed. Man did that guy get owned. Although at the end, Rogan was basically just making Argumentum Ad Populum attacks, rather than trying to defend his assertions with facts or reasons. "See? See? These other comedians standing around agree with me, therefore I'm right!" But I guess a little bit of leeway has to be given to someone whose principal aim is comedy and not logical proof.

Even without the "SEE? SEE?," "Carlos" is a hack. I used to hate the guy based on the idea that he's misrepresenting himself as a racially-driven comic, the idea that he's also a joke-thief is neither surprising to me, nor redeeming for him.

Even before the joke stealing, he was in my book with Dave Chapelle; sometimes funny, but never in a good way. I felt guilty at laughing at his humor when it was funny, and more often than not his humor was racially divisive instead of unifying. |

I felt guilty at laughing at his humor when it was funny, That's because deep down, you knew the jokes weren't his. I have a hard time with comics whose whole repetoire revolves around "WHITE PEOPLE TALK FUNNAY." Strangely enough, this doesn't include Chris Rock, even though that's his bread and butter. |

Holy crap! FFY and I are in total agreement on something! If Klep and I can agree on how awful Carlos Mencia is; I propose that the United States send him over to the Middle East. Maybe the factions that be can 'come together,' and unite under a banner of agreement about how brutally unfunny Caros is. Carlos Mencia being the lamest ever - Bringing people with oppositional viewpoints together! how uplifting is that? |
