CCGames in conjunction with Alternate Universes is pleased to host our next big T1 tournament in the Philadelphia area!!

Type 1 format with 15 proxies. 1st place wins their choice of a MOX PERAL or a MISHRA'S WORKSHOP & 2nd place wins the remaining card. 3rd & 4th Place win $25 table credit. If we get 40+ players, 5th-8th win a Shadowmoor draft set. Players who preregister will be placed into a drawing for a FREE ENTRY into our next event!. Deck registration from 9am-10am, round 1 begins at 10am.

EVENT WILL BE HELD AT ALTERNATE UNIVERSES IN THE DEKALB PLAZA ON RT. 202, BLUE BELL, PA.

Entry fee: $25.00

Format: Type 1 with 15 proxies, 5-6  rounds with cut to top 8.

Location: Alternate Universes on Route 202  in Blue Bell, Pa (Visit our web site for directions)

When: Saturday, May 17th, 2008

Sign-in & deck registration begins promptly at 9am. Round 1 starts at 10am.

Save time at registration by bringing your preprinted deck list. **Please indicate proxied cards.**

Prize structure:

1st place: UNLIMITED MOX PEARL or MISHRA'S WORKSHOP

2nd place: Remaining Card

3rd place: $25 table credit

4th place: $25 table credit

40+ players: 5th place - 8th place: Shadowmoor Draft Set

Prizes are guaranteed.

We will also be running a side event at the conclusion of the main events Swiss rounds. 1st place will win TBA. Entry fee will be $10 if you played in the main event or $15 otherwise.

***ANNOUNCEMENT***

Since we here at CCGames and AU know that many of our players are drivng from outside the area, we are going to be helping out. We will be having TWO random drawings for $25 Wawa cards! Use it for GAS, snacks, or whatever you may need. The drawings will be held during the finals of the T1 side event, and the winners will need to be present to pick-up your cards. At $3.75 a gallon, these cards are almost as hot as Goyfs! We will also be having some door prize drawings for some great promo cards including a Vexing Shusher. And remember that if we hit 40 players, 5th-8th will now get prizes as well!

i havent played a game of type 1 since the top four of the august blue bell, but assuming i can find a place that installs a carseat on a weekday i will be able to make this! it's going to be my last chance to play in a tourney for a while, so i am excited.
