Hi
My question relates to the combination of the two stated cards Quicken and Personal Tutor.

Quicken
U
Instant
The next sorcery spell you play this turn can be played anytime you could play an instant.
Draw a Card

Personal Tutor
U
Sorcery
Search your deck for a sorcery and reveal that card to all players.
Shuffle your deck and put the revealed card on top of it.

Would you be able to play the Quicken and then in response to the first part of quicken resolving, play the tutor to search for a card place it on top of your library and then draw it due to the cantrip of quicken.

I ask because this combos the two cards into what would appear to  be a really effective instant tutor for blue.

No, when quicken resolves you resolve the whole spell not just part of it at a time so you draw the card and gain the ability to cast a sorcery as an instant then you gain priority and can cast personal tutor.

Mickey Mouse is on a Magic card.  Your argument is invalid.

Thanks for the clarification, I had a feel that was the case.
